Appearance: Her hair, reddish brown, is wavy, and medium length often pulled back into a loose bun, or braid. About 5’ 7” in height; because of the Dwarf part of her, she is very short of an Elf. Slender because she is an Elf (instead of the stocky build of the Dwarf). Her eyes are brown when she’s not a Mermaid, though when a Mermaid her eyes are bright blue.
Clothing: Often wears blue/green floor length dresses in Elven country or any event that she’s not traveling. When traveling she wears long sleeved baggy shirt with a leather lace-up corset, and pants that are Boot-cut, and fit inside the light elvish boots.
Weapon(s){if any}: She can fire a bow and arrow, but prefers to use her powers. She can control all three stages of water, has the ability to cast a few spells, can see into the near future, makes things grow or wither, she is a known healer, when she sings she can calm the raging seas or can tear down the most fortified castle, she can read anyone’s mind, and she talks to animals. (she has so many powers because she’s from so many different races).
Personality: Outgoing, and is a very emotional person. Is always willing to help and assist any need.
Occupation(if any): Healer, Protector, Fighter, Murderer.

Homeland: She use to live along the Anduin a.k.a The Great River before she was banished for future reasons. Now she travels with her Dragon far and wide.
Animal(s){pet, steed, helper, etc - Please limit to three}: White Dragon (Florentide), she talks to animals so I'll just say all animals, but the dragon is hers. The White Dragon is the rarest of all and cannot change their form. They can be as tall as mountains and large hills when full grown. Plus the Dragon is imortal. Only can she die if she it pierced through the heart with a evil sword or if her companion is killed in action.
Summary of background(if desired): She was born on the day of the Blue Moon Eclipse, and was forever more know to her people as the Lady of the Moon. As she grew up it was clear that she was not ordinary mermaid. She was also known for her beauty not just facial or body; but in soul, heart, and mind.
Other important info: She later escapes her people who bring the long arm of the law to her crimes of murder (unprovable justice).
